Terms & Conditions

By booking services with Elite Pet Society, you agree to the following terms and conditions. These guidelines are designed to ensure a safe, professional, and seamless experience for both clients and pets.

Booking & Services

All services must be requested through the client portal. Availability is limited and not guaranteed until confirmed. A meet & greet may be required prior to the start of services to review routines, home access, and care instructions.

Payment

A valid payment method must be kept on file. Payments are processed automatically through the client portal. Payment timing and requirements are managed through the client portal. Services may not be confirmed until payment requirements are met.

Cancellations & Changes

Advance notice is required for cancellations or schedule changes. Visits canceled after 6:00 AM on the day of service, missed visits, or last-minute requests may be subject to fees. Holiday and peak travel periods may require additional notice and may have limited availability.

Home Access

Clients must provide safe and reliable access to the home at the time of service. A backup entry method is recommended. If access is unavailable, the scheduled visit may still be charged.

Pet Health & Behavior

Pets should be in good health and free of contagious illness. Clients must disclose any medical conditions, behavioral concerns, or special handling instructions prior to service. Elite Pet Society reserves the right to decline or discontinue services if safety is compromised.

Veterinary Care & Emergencies

In the event of an emergency, Elite Pet Society will attempt to contact the client and the designated emergency contact on file. If neither party can be reached, Elite Pet Society is authorized to seek veterinary care as deemed necessary. The client is responsible for any veterinary expenses incurred.

Service Limitations

Elite Pet Society provides professional pet care and concierge services within the agreed scope. Additional services, extended time, or last-minute changes may be accommodated based on availability and may incur additional fees.

Liability

While every effort is made to provide exceptional care, Elite Pet Society is not responsible for incidents beyond reasonable control, including pre-existing medical conditions, pet-related damage, or unforeseen events. Clients agree to hold Elite Pet Society harmless for circumstances outside of reasonable control.

Right to Refuse Service

Elite Pet Society reserves the right to refuse or discontinue services if conditions are unsafe, instructions are unclear, or terms are not followed.

By using Elite Pet Society services, you acknowledge that you have read, understood, and agree to these terms.
