Service Policy

Elite Pet Society provides personalized, in-home pet care and concierge services designed to deliver a seamless, high-touch experience. These service policies help ensure consistency, safety, and exceptional care.

Meet & Greet

A meet & greet may be required prior to the start of services. This allows us to review your pet’s routine, home access, preferences, and care instructions to ensure the best possible experience.

Scheduling & Requests

All services must be requested through the client portal. Availability is limited and not guaranteed until confirmed. Advance notice is recommended, especially for holidays and peak travel periods.

Arrival Windows

Services are scheduled within arrival windows rather than exact times. While we make every effort to honor preferred timing, factors such as traffic, weather, and pet needs may affect arrival.

Home Access

Clients must provide safe and reliable home access for all scheduled services. A backup entry method is recommended. If access is unavailable at the time of service, the visit may still be charged.

Supplies & Care Instructions

Clients are responsible for providing all necessary supplies, including food, medications, leashes, litter, and cleaning materials. Clear care instructions should be kept current in the client portal.

Pet Updates

Service updates, notes, and photos may be provided during or after visits. These updates are designed to keep you informed and ensure peace of mind while you’re away.

Health & Safety

Pets should be in good health and free of contagious illness. Any medical conditions, behavioral concerns, or special handling instructions must be disclosed in advance to ensure safe care.

Service Modifications

Requests for additional services, extended time, or last-minute changes may be accommodated based on availability. Additional fees may apply.

Right to Refuse Service

Elite Pet Society reserves the right to decline or discontinue services if conditions are unsafe, instructions are unclear, or a situation falls outside the agreed scope of care.
